Failures are presented in the Telmex service

Today users of Telmex have been presenting complaints to the company, since the Internet service is not working in the way that could be considered optimal. These reports come from different states of the Mexican Republic, the inconveniences began from the 11: 00 a.m. and have yet been persisting.

Many social networks users used the Down detector to realize all errors. Even many of them contacted the company through Twitter social networks, expressing their anger towards the company.

For now it has not been confirmed that the service is restored, but it is very likely to be fixed within a few minutes. When falling at a general level occurs, it is very likely that the maintenance equipment will be more effective in terms of repair tasks. So at the moment users will be limited to waiting for a few hours.
